1. The design purpose of Foam Hot Melting Machine is to solve the problem of volume reduction of dry foamed EPE EPP EPS XPS foam waste through crushing, hot melting and extrusion.
2. The machine has simple design, compact structure and low maintenance cost.
3. When the crusher blade is working, it is broken into smaller pieces by the cutting blade.
4. The material will be pushed to the heating barrel by a high-speed rotating screw.
5. The screw of the main machine can convey and heat the material to make it reach the hot melting state, and then extrude it and cut it into pieces by pneumatic cutter, which is more convenient for storage and transportation.

7. The foam blocks compressed and melted by this equipment can be sold to recyclers or manufacturers at high prices for granulation to produce finished products such as photo frames.
