Styrofoam Melting Machine With Silo System
This production line is designed to reduce the volume of foam waste through conveying, crushing, air blower, storage, thermal melting and extrusion molding.
For the crusher part, we use four shafts crusher on this type of machine, two shafts is welded by 9 sets of blades, and the other two are welded by 10 sets of blades. Each blade is interlaced in different angle. This design can make the blades to grab the material, and force the material going to the screw, and the material will not rebound back from the hopper, four shafts are driven by four gearbox separately. There is also a screen at the bottom of the crusher chamber to filter the material, this design of blade can crush the EPS, EPE, EPP, XPS…...most of the foam material can be crushed by this unit.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
After the crusher, the material will go down into the barrel, and in the barrel there is a conical screw, with this design, the material can be melted well than the other screw. There are three ceramic heaters on the screw, each heater separate into two parts, one parts is broken the other is still working.
The heaters can be used for a long time, and in the mold head there are two heating rods which is made by stainless steel. The mold can be open when the user finish one shifting working, it is very convenient for the user to clean the material in the mold head. Also there is a steel cover at the head of the mold to prevent the worker's hand touching the melted material.
