PP PE SOFT PLASTIC RECYCLING SOLUTION

Plastic film is a film made of polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene and other resins. It is used for packaging and as a coating layer. It has a wide variety and generally has a short product life, and is one of the main varieties of plastic recycling.

Agricultural films mainly include mulch film and greenhouse film. Mulch film is mainly PE film, and greenhouse film include PE and PVC film. When recycling, PE and PVC films should be seperated. Agricultural films are generally dirty and need to remove impurities and clean them. The main recycling method is washing and pelletizing. After cleaning and drying, the waste plastic film can be directly used to produce plastic products by hot extrusion, such as basins, barrels, plastic flanges, etc.

Usually large-sized HDPE materials need to be shredded first, while small-sized ones can be crushed directly. Different application places of HDPE materials determine different impurity residues. We can design and adjust corresponding plans based on different impurity residues. The HDPE cleaning and recycling line is also suitable for recycling PP materials of similar sizes. After cleaning, the PP PE can be turned into particles and used for injection molding in various industries for recycling.
