In January of 2024, We shipped 1set wooden box for plastic pelletizing machine accessories to Lima, Peru.

The customer bought pp pe film pelletizing line from us 5years ago, The gearbox and screw&barrel on the granulator extruder have some wear and tear, so the customer purchased the spare parts and would assemble them at his factory. Two sets of FHM200 Foam Hot Melt Machines to Greece

This customer is our agent in Greece. He has many garbage station in the local area to help the government deal with foam recycling materials. In September of this year, the customer visited our factory and ordered two sets of FHM200 foam hot melt machines.

The equipment was commissioned and loaded in November on time.The customer is very satisfied with the machine test results. We will have more cooperation next year.

In January 8th, 2025, We shipped 7sets wooden box for plastic pelletizer machine accessories to Peru.

Our old customers in Peru once again buy accessories for pelletizing machine, such as pelletizer screw barrel, vibrating screen, blower, cutting blade, etc. More than 10 years ago, customers purchased two sets of PPPE film granulation production lines, including water ring granulation and spaghetti granulation. During the following 10 years of service, we have always keep good cooperative relationship with them. Single Shaft Shredder Machine Installed in Czech

On December 25th, 2024, we delivered a single shaft shredder to a Czech customer. 

This customer found us on the website in August of this year. At that time, he was looking for equipment for shredding PP PE purging materials and plastic tray/pallets. 

Double Shaft Shredder Machine to Faenza, Italy

Here we shipped 1set wooden box of double shaft shredder machine to Faenza, Italy on 25th, January, 2024.

The customer used it to shred packaging wrapping films, to make filling materials.

This Italian customer is a big local distributor with high quality for plastic shredder and has its own sales channels in Italy, so after confirm the machine specification with us, they need us to provide CE and ROHS certificates&reports to meet the sales standard in the local market.The customer made a trial order this time. After they receive the equipment and work it for a period of time, they will order more machines again.

Plastic Crushing System For Brazilian Customer

Recently, our company has shipped a plastic crushing system for PVC profiles&pipes. The Brazilian customer has communicated with our company for several months and made many changes to this project. Finally, we customized the crusher specifically for Brazilian customers based on the materials they sent. It is composed of a crusher, a fan, a conveying pipeline, and a storage silo. The crusher has two feeding methods. The top hopper is convenient for users to input lump materials, and the side hopper is used for customers to input long profiles and pipe materials. The output size after crushing is about 12mm, with a production capacity of 200-300kg/h.

Wood Shredder to Italian Customer Branch Company in China

In September 2022, FAMOUS MACHINERY shipped 1set of wood shredder to a foreign enterprise in China.

The client mainly produces wood plastic composite products. This shredder is used to break the substandard wood plastic products produced in their production process and the leftovers produced after cutting. The capacity of the machine is 300-500kg/h.
