Our customer's company is one of the leading companies in the recycling machines industry in Poland.

For ten years they have been distributing machines, such as balers and presses for wastepaper, plastic, PET bottles, cans, foil, fabrics, etc. Currently, their main products are modern, semi-automatic, horizontal and vertical balers, as well as presses and briquetting machines for expanded polystyrene (EPS). In July of this year, they won the tender for the local seafood fish box foam recycling equipment, and they contacted our company. After our communication, they found that our company was very professional and experienced in foam recycling, and there were many successful cases for reference, so they placed an orderfor us soon. And the customer said that he would place an order with us again in October.

FCP200 Small Capacity EPS Compactor Machine to Italy

The client, a waste recycling station in Torino, Piemonte, Italy, needs to process with the city's white foam every day. They required  low capacity, approximately 40-50 kg/h. Therefore, they selected our FCP200 small foam compactor machine, which crushes the foam and then mechanically compresses it to the smallest volume for transport and storage.

FHM400 Foam Melting Machine and Belt Conveyor Ship to UK

The customer has a waste recycling factory in Leicester, UK, which needs to process recycled foam every day. 

The customer ordered our foam hot melting machine and belt conveyor in February of 2025, which can automatically convey EPS foam into the hot melt machine hopper, 

and then crush and melts it at high temperature to reduce its volume, making it convenient for transportation and storage.

Styrofoam Melting Machine to USA

FAMOUS MACHINERY shipped 1set of Styrofoam Melting Machine to customer in USA on 7th, November. This Styrofoam Melting Machine will be used in their factory which have foam scraps, packaging materials for light products, electronic packaging materials.

This small styrofoam melting machine's capacity is about 50kg per hour, which is simple and convenient to operate. And this equipment occupies a very small area.

EPS Screw Compactor Machine with Belt Conveyor to Sweden

Our company shipped an EPS foam screw compactor machine and belt conveyor to our client in Sweden.

At the beginning, the customer ask us to provide different types of machines we have with videos and specifications and best price. After we communicated with him, he was very interested in our machines. This customer is our agent in Greece. He has many garbage station in the local area to help the government deal with foam recycling materials. In September of this year, the customer visited our factory and ordered two sets of FHM200 foam hot melt machines.

The equipment was commissioned and loaded in November on time.The customer is very satisfied with the machine test results. We will have more cooperation next year.

Our company shipped 3sets of EPS foam compactor machines to our customer in Italy.

This customer is a distributor in Italy, mainly engaged in equipment for foam recycling industry. He likes the machine design of our company very much. After we communicated online for three months, he decided to purchase three sets at one time (because one 40GP container can load three sets), and the matching of black and red was also specified by customers, because it was very popular in their local market. At present, the equipment has arrived at the customer's factory, and we are actively cooperating with his customer's installation and debugging. And he is willing to be the agent of our company.

On 8th June, 2023, FAMOUS MACHINERY Shipped 1set PS Foam Crusher Machine to Panama Customer.

Our customer's factory is manufacturer for PS foam sheet, fast food box and EPS recycling granules. They have a lot of PS foam leftovers and sheets to be crushed.

After comparing the specifications and prices of many Chinese suppliers' crushers, they finally chose us. Because the customer recognized that we are a professional manufacturer of foam material recycling equipment and have strong R&D and design capabilities.
