The client is a Norwegian supplier of frozen seafood products, primarily selling marine fish and shrimp. They had a large number of foam boxes containing seafood that needed to be recycled, most of EPS fish boxes (800mm x 400mm x 200mm), and these boxes contained some seawater and blood from the fish and shrimp, which is highly corrosive. 

The client requested that these foam boxes be transported to a designated location for crushing and briquetting. However, given the corrosive nature of seawater, our cold compactor equipment needed to have drainage capabilities to minimize moisture, and the main body needed to be made of stainless steel304 to minimize corrosion. 

The client also required regular flushing and cleaning of the equipment, and the motor had to be waterproof and dustproof, with a minimum IP55 rating. 

Based on these detailed requirements, we customized this belt conveyor and cold compactor machine.
