PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our foam hot melting machine is simple in design, compact in structure and low in maintenance cost. When the crusher blade is working, it is broken into smaller pieces by cutting blade. The material will be pushed to the heating cylinder by a high-speed rotating screw. The screw of the host machine can transport and heat the material to reach a hot melt state, and then extrude and cut it into pieces using a hydraulic cutter, making it more convenient for storage and transportation.
FHM series foam melting densifier machine is popular in foam waste treatment industry. After being compressed and melted by the equipment, the foam cake can be sold at a high price to recyclers or manufacturers for granulation and production of picture frames and other finished products.
