PPPE Wet Films Pelletizing Line
This three stage pelletizing machine is suitable for extrusion and granulation of crushed washed pp and pe films. The first stage extruder is equipped with drainage and exhaust devices, and is equipped with electromagnetic heating to remove water from the films. The second stage extruder plasticizes the film at high temperature and filters impurities through hydraulic screen changer. The third stage extruder plasticizes the film again and extrudes it through a spaghetti die head or water-ring die head.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Belt Conveyor: As standard design, plastic scraps such as film, woven bag, raffias conveyed into the extruder hopper through belt conveyor.
Force feeder: The rotatory blades of forced feeder will push the materials into the extruder screw.
First Stage Extruder: The first stage extruder is equipped with electromagnetic heating, which can quickly heat up and keep temperature stability.
First stage extruder barrel drainage mechanism: Remove the water from the film through the extrusion of the screw.
Electromagnetic heating unit: can heat up quickly and keep the stable temperature.
Second stage extruder: High-temperature heating and plasticization for the films.
Third stage extruder: The film undergoes high-temperature plasticization and filtration again.
Control System: Main electrics: Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Delta, Omron, etc.
