what is foam washing line? it is to clean the waste foam fragments before compressing the foam, and then compress them, so as to achieve the purpose of recycling the foam lunch box covered with oil.
Currently, our foam washing line is mainly used for EPS foams, which is very suitable for recycling EPS foam food takeout containers! In order to recycle contaminated EPS foam waste, firstly we need crush the waste into small pieces, washes and dries them, and then compacts them into EPS blocks.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This foam recycling washing line is an EPS recycling system for contaminated EPS foam waste at first. EPS waste will be crushed into small scraps then washed and dried, finally compacted into EPS blocks.
1.Crushing Part: Foam waste will be crushed into smaller pieces.
2.Washing Part: The pieces are thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt, oil, and other contaminants.
3.Drying Part: remove the water, making the material ready for further recycling or reuse.
