Single Shaft Shredder Machine Installed in Czech

On December 25th, 2024, we delivered a single shaft shredder to a Czech customer. 

This customer found us on the website in August of this year. At that time, he was looking for equipment for shredding PP PE purging materials and plastic tray/pallets. 

Double Shaft Shredder Machine to Faenza, Italy

Here we shipped 1set wooden box of double shaft shredder machine to Faenza, Italy on 25th, January, 2024.

The customer used it to shred packaging wrapping films, to make filling materials.

This Italian customer is a big local distributor with high quality for plastic shredder and has its own sales channels in Italy, so after confirm the machine specification with us, they need us to provide CE and ROHS certificates&reports to meet the sales standard in the local market.The customer made a trial order this time. After they receive the equipment and work it for a period of time, they will order more machines again.

Plastic Crushing System For Brazilian Customer

Recently, our company has shipped a plastic crushing system for PVC profiles&pipes. The Brazilian customer has communicated with our company for several months and made many changes to this project. Finally, we customized the crusher specifically for Brazilian customers based on the materials they sent. It is composed of a crusher, a fan, a conveying pipeline, and a storage silo. The crusher has two feeding methods. The top hopper is convenient for users to input lump materials, and the side hopper is used for customers to input long profiles and pipe materials. The output size after crushing is about 12mm, with a production capacity of 200-300kg/h.

Wood Shredder to Italian Customer Branch Company in China

In September 2022, FAMOUS MACHINERY shipped 1set of wood shredder to a foreign enterprise in China.

The client mainly produces wood plastic composite products. This shredder is used to break the substandard wood plastic products produced in their production process and the leftovers produced after cutting. The capacity of the machine is 300-500kg/h.

Our company recently shipped a batch of shredder and crusher machines to the United States, catering to customers in the rubber tire recycling industry.

Plastic Crushing Machine to An UK Customer

In Feb. 2023, FAMOUS MACHINERY delivered 1set PLASTIC CRUSHING MACHINE to an UK customer.

This UK customer is one of biggest Furniture factory in their country , mainly engaged in the production of various plastic products for doors, windows and cabinets etc. , and acted as an agent for many products of our company, such as plastic and wood shredder, crushing  machine. This crusher machine is a self using for recycled cabinets, with output of 700 kg/h.

Seafood Foam Box Compactor to Norway

The client is a Norwegian supplier of frozen seafood products, primarily selling marine fish and shrimp. They had a large number of foam boxes containing seafood that needed to be recycled, most of EPS fish boxes (800mm x 400mm x 200mm), and these boxes contained some seawater and blood from the fish and shrimp, which is highly corrosive.

Seafood Foam Compactor to Denmark

The client is a seafood supplier from Hirtshals, Denmark, a wholesaler with in-house filling, mince production, smokehouse, and salad production.

The client requested a customized foam recycling machine specifically for the seafood market. Based on their production requirements and raw material conditions (the seafood foam contains water, wet box, fish blood, etc), they needed to drain the water. Our technical department designed drainage holes below the screw extruder and in the discharge compression section, providing the client with a professional solution. The equipment was tested in our factory and performed very well, with the client expressing great satisfaction. 

FCP200 Small Model EPS Compactor to Spain

This Spanish customer purchased our foam hydraulic compactor production line last year, with a capacity of approximately 200-300 kg/h, primarily to recycle the foam scraps from their foam engraving machines. The production line is currently operating very well. In July of this year, the customer purchased another small foam compactor machine from us, with a capacity of approximately 40-50 kg/h. This machine is suitable for use at their local small recycling station.
