It is suitable for EPP EPE XPS PUR EVA EPS plastic foam and polystyrene foam, such as foam box, EPS foam board, EPS foam fast food box, Seafood box, Electronic foam, etc.
Working principle:
The four shaft crushing blades are 4 parallel blades shaft with different rotating direction, each blade shaft has around10pcs of blades and driven by the gear box to crush material that will be conveyed to the barrel through the screen. The material will be sent by the high speed rotary screw to the heating barrel. Then they will be melted under high temperature extruded to expected shapes.
The tilted feeding hopper is easy to put the EPS material in, and the material won’t be pushed out during the crushing process. The EPS hot melting machine use twin or four shaft crushing blades, 4 parallel blade shafts symmetrically fixed with blade, the blade on the shafts is dislocation arrangement, and the blade of each shaft is evenly arranged in the axis of the knife with arithmetic point of view in the same direction. The first blade and the last blade of each shaft has a 90°angle.
