Famous Machinery Company latest film pelletizing line is exported to Indonesia, the customer met our company at the Chinaplas exhibition 5 years ago, and came to visit our factory at that time. But the customer project was suspended because of the policy of the local government, and it wasn't restarted until this summer. Therefore, the customer contacted us at the first time and flew from Indonesia to China to have face-to-face discussion with our company again about the technical parameters, and was finally convinced by our machine quality and service.

The customer immediately signed a purchase contract with us of 400-500kg/h pp pe film compactor water ring granulation line. The production line was successfully tested and accepted during the Chinese National Day, and the customer was very satisfied and shipped the machine this week.

Our company's engineers will go to Indonesia next month to help customers install and run.

  • Belt Conveyor

    Belt Conveyor

    As standard design, plastic scraps such as film, filament, raffias conveyed into the compacting room through belt conveyor; to handle rolls’ scraps, roll hauling off device is an optional feeding method. Motor drives of conveyor belt and hauling device cooperate with inverter. Feeding speed of conveyor belt or roll hauling off is fully automatic based on how full the compactor’s room is. Metal detector can be combined with belt conveyor, and can interlock with control system, to warn and stop the system, in case that metal is found in feeding.

    Compactor cutter

    The rotatory blades of compactor will cut up incoming scraps. Frictional heating which caused by high speed rotatory blades will heat and make scraps shrinking just below their agglomerating point. Optimal designed guide structure compacts the material and directs it into extruder screw. Crushing, drying and compacting the material which enables a fast and stable feeding from the compactor directly into the extruder. With glass window and light to check inside working.

  • Extruder

    Extruder

    A specialized single screw extruder applied to gently melt the pre-compacted material. The plastic films will be well melted, plasticized in a processing section. When compacted material fed into the extruder, the screw and barrel will plasticize the material, mixing and conveying. During this process, the vacuum degrassing part of the screw barrel will make moisture, oil and ink evaporated and exhausted.

  • Hydraulic Screen Changer

    Hydraulic Screen Changer

    The hydraulic screen changer will filter out and remove the impurities inside the material. Apply double station screen changer to realize non stop when changing screen. We offer plate type, piston type, self-clean type and back flush type filter according to customer requirement.

  • Water-ring Cutting System

    Water-ring die-face/Strand cutting methods are usually adopted. In water-ring die-face cutting system, the rotary cutting blades will be pneumatically fit completely and closely to the die-face surface to ensure efficient cutting. Rotary speed of the blades is automatically adjusted by module system according to melt pressure at the die face.

  • High speed dewatering machine

    High speed dewatering machine

    High rotation speed of rotor inside dewatering water will create strong centrifugal force, most of the water on the surface of PE PP granule will be removed through the screen mesh around the rotor. The water stored under the dewatering machine will be sent back to water ring cutting unit.

    Advanced dewatering vibration sieve combing with centrifugal dewatering present high performance screening pellets and lower energy consumption.

  • Intelligent Control System

    With CE and RoHS standard, all parameters can be set on the touch screen, controlled by PLC if customer required. Main Electric control component: Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Delta, Omron, RKC, etc. Circuit-breaker, Contactors, etc.
