Product Details

Belt Conveyor: Belt conveyor is as a standard feeding device for plastic film, raffia, filament, woven bag, bottles, etc.

Pre-washer: Pre-wash, bottle washing, remove small size impurity, decrease the working pressure for downstream machines.

Label Remover: Used to separate small impurities such as, bottle labels, soil, sand, etc.

Crusher: To crush material into small sizes. With water to clean material and cool blades during crushing.

Floating Tank: Make remaining label, caps and other impurity float and separate from PET flakes. With washing function for PET flakes.

Hot washer&Friction washer: To wash the bottle flakes by steam(hot water) and clean more fully by high speed friction washer.

Zigzag label separator: The vertical Z-shaped zigzag air separator can effectively separate the labels and impurities with high separation accuracy.

Intelligent Control System: With CE/TUV/SGS/ISO standard. 1. For electric control of the whole line. 2. Main electrical units: Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Omron, RKC, etc.
