Polystyrene foam (Expanded Polystyrene referred to as EPS) is a lightweight polymer，commonly known as "foam" or "foam glue", which is a white foam plastic. It uses polystyrene resin and adds a foaming agent, which is softened by heating at the same time to generate gas and form a foam plastic with a hard closed cell structure. The volume is 50 times larger and contains 95-98% air and 2-5% pure polystyrene. Small particle foam can be used to make plastic cups and small containers, medium particle foam can be used to make packaging bags, and large particle foam is used for bulk packaging materials. The main characteristics of this substance are: insulation, light weight and waterproof.

FOAM COMPACTOR

The foam compactor can directly crush EPS foam without heating.
The compression ratio of foam is large, which can reduce the volume by 40-50 times, saving storage space, freight and warehousing costs.
The EPS foam blocks compressed by the foam cold press are high quality and conducive to regeneration and granulation applications. Our company can make customized machine and the customer also can choose to equip with belt conveyors and big bag silos.
FOAM DENSIFIER

The foam densifier adopts screw heating melting compression technology, max compression ration can reach 90:1. After the eps foam crushing into small pieces, the foam is heated and melted in the screw through conveying and extrusion. Finally, it is extruded from the discharge port of the mold head.
FOAM PELLETIZER

EPS pelletizer machine as known as EPS foam granulator machine.
EPS pelletizer machine is mainly used for the re-granulation from waste EPS expanded polystyrene, EPS foam to get PS granules to save space.
